Doug Lodder
Chief Executive Officer
Doug Lodder is a seasoned executive with deep experience in telecommunications and infrastructure. As CEO of Public Safety Towers Company, he leads efforts to expand critical communications infrastructure that supports first responders and wireless carriers. Before joining PSTC, Doug served as President of TruConnect, overseeing operations, sales, technology, and customer care. At Boingo Wireless, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager, growing the company’s infrastructure portfolio and international presence across Europe, Asia, and South America. Earlier, as Vice President of Network Strategy at Mobilitie (now Boldyn), he helped scale its tower portfolio. Doug’s leadership centers on teamwork, innovation, and lasting impact for communities and stakeholders.
Kristin Steiner
Vice President, Asset Management, Public Safety Towers
Kristin Steiner is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in asset management and sales operations within the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors. As Vice President of Asset Management at Public Safety Towers, she leads initiatives that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance data visibility. Before joining PSTC, Kristin held senior leadership roles at TruConnect. Transit Wireless, and Boingo Wireless, where she drove revenue growth, led contract negotiations, and built high-performing teams. Known for her collaborative leadership and strategic vision, she fosters alignment across teams and delivers sustained business results. Kristin holds an MBA from the University of Redlands, a BS from San Diego State University, and a California Broker’s License.
Heather Wagenknecht
VP of Sales and Marketing
Heather Wagenknecht serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Public Safety Towers, where she leads national efforts to expand the company’s tower portfolio and strengthen relationships across the public safety and telecommunications sectors. With more than 25 years of experience in technology, telecom, and construction, Heather is known for her strategic approach to sales and her ability to build high-performing, customer-focused teams. Before joining PSTC, she spent over a decade at ExteNet Systems, where she held leadership roles driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and 5G and LTE network expansion. Heather’s leadership is grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering solutions that strengthen communities.
Stephanie Vanderveen
VP of Site Acquisition
Stephanie Vanderveen serves as Vice President of Site Acquisition at Public Safety Towers, where she leads efforts to secure and develop essential infrastructure that improves connectivity and supports community resilience. With more than a decade of experience in telecommunications and real estate, Stephanie brings deep expertise in site development, project management, and network deployment. She has successfully guided complex projects from planning through completion while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Recognized for her transparent and collaborative leadership, Stephanie builds strong partnerships and empowers teams to deliver meaningful results. Her commitment to clear communication and accountability helps drive innovation and long-term success for both the organization and the communities served.
James Pearson
Director of Construction
James Pearson serves as Director of Construction at Public Safety Towers Company, bringing more than 25 years of experience in wireless infrastructure and field operations. He has led large construction teams and managed thousands of tower builds, upgrades, and wireless deployment projects for major carriers and public safety partners. Before joining PSTC, James held senior roles at Stockman Communications, Pike Telecom, and MasTec, where he focused on operational efficiency, safety, and high-quality delivery. His leadership is grounded in collaboration, technical expertise, and a commitment to building reliable infrastructure that supports the needs of first responders and the communities they serve.
