Headquartered in Carlsbad, California, Public Safety Towers (“PSTC”) is a privately owned, small business that was founded in 2022 by leaders in the public safety communications industry. PSTC was created with a purpose: to improve public safety by bringing focused wireless communications tower development to public agencies in need of improved communications capabilities. Every tower is built where there is a need to improve or initiate wireless coverage for public safety agencies and the broader communities they protect.

Every project is guided by our public-safety centric mission to provide improved wireless coverage to both communities and first responders because reliable, comprehensive coverage for all parties in emergency situations saves lives. We partner with many different entities on our projects including private landowners and businesses, public entities like schools, local governments, public safety agencies, and federal entities such as BLM-owned land. Our team has experience with a wide variety of local, state and federal regulations and will effectively navigate challenging regulatory requirements.
Our Towers
Our tower designs and heights will vary by project based on the equipment needs of public safety and commercial tenants as well as jurisdictional requirements. If required or requested, we will “stealth” our towers in ways that blend in with the surrounding environment.
Our Tenants
We construct our towers to support multiple technologies. Providing reliable communications for both public safety and commercial carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) ensures everyone in the community can communicate day-to-day, and when it matters most in an emergency. Every tower is built to host multiple tenants in an effort to maximize coverage while minimizing our footprint in the community.
